Caller introduced as Emma Kirbin from Windows Ltd, according to google - Reports of a "Windows Ltd" scam involve rogue traders taking deposits for home improvements and failing to deliver, or scam calls pretending to be tech support. Consumers have reported scammers stealing deposits, disappearing without installing windows, and creating fake, high-pressure, or hidden-fee sales situations. I believe the voice might be AI generated, possibly due to traceability. Noted that I received a call from a mobile number just prior that basically had some kind of hesitancy, and no voice, possibly the human element had not got their prep together for the call. Within 2mins received the call. It's also logical to believe that the numbers are also AI generated with the call taking place over the internet simply because of the nature of the scam. The staff of phone/ISP's that could be providing call data, that might have been linked with the scam operations from India.
