Adam called & told me I had had cavity wall insulation/loft insulation a number of years ago when I told him I hadn’t nor did I want, he got very aggressive & persistent, accused ME of shouting at him! I cut him off & but he called again & my husband answered & he continued to be aggressive. He threatened to report me for swearing at him & said I’d receive a letter in 3-5 days!! What a total nuisance.

Persistent and aggressive calls from ‘eco company’ insisting I had cavity wall insulation 25 years ago. I have solid walls but apparently it wasn’t ok to point this out!
