Posing as Binance crypto service by text message and requesting to call them as a log in has occurred in another country.

Said some one hacked into my binance

Called me to say a firewall on my laptop was running out - didn't say a date or account but that I would be charged £799 for the service. Did not say a company name just kept saying I would not be charged but if I called up. Complete scam I think!

Same as previous message. They claim that I have signed up to a contract from 2019.

My elderly parents have been receiving calls from a person who leaves this number to call back. They state that is about a 'Firewall' renewal which was initially taken out in 2020 (5yrs ago) and if they do not hear anything their account will be debited by £1000 for the renewal. My parents don't even know what a 'firewall' is.......
