It is Esure a car / home insurance provider. It is an automated call asking for your customer feedback via telephone questionnaire . If you've spoken to Esure recently that's why this number maybe calling you (for feedback on how they did on the call with you). If a voicemail is left, you hear nothing initially so you may think someone left a voicemail but said nothing but, if you wait up to 5 seconds you will hear a 'robot' eventually leaving you a message. - caller: Esure
