It was definitely a call related to energy efficiency and apparently my loft is registered as old style and inefficient leading to mould etc, to be fair it's only 20 years old and sht. That being said, my number is ex-directory so when I politely asked where he got my ex-directory number from he hung up on me. I've marked it as neutral as he wasn't pushy, however, he was clearly preparing to start the patter when I asked about my number.

Said hello a couple of times, but silence. When I hung up, I tried to phone 1471 but they were still on the line for a couple of minutes!!!

This company has called several times and when I tried to talk to them in order to tell them not to ring again, they ignored me and carried on.

Ah it was loft insulation for me on their database, it was out of date. Tell them you rent and they go away.
