got a call from this number.....woman called me by my first name !!! wanted to discuss having a smart meter installed. I informed the woman I don't want a smart meter. I thought the callers introduction was unprofessional and hung up and blocked the number. I googled the number which is well documented as a scam number

Answered and said they want to replace my meter but didn't say anything about type of it or the company they're from. After not matching one appointment time, we're quick to hang up. Lady on the phone seemed smug

I have never answered calls from this number but they ring regularly. As other people have said it might be to do with eon smart meters. Dunno, I don't want one and they are trying to force the issue with calls, emails and letters. A message is never left.

Eon scam wanting to fit a smart meter. I have had a smart meter fitted b4, they didn't know. DON'T ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER !!!. My bank will not even offer any protection or advice.
