Said she was from octopus and attempted to ask security questions, dob, full address and place of birth. Refused to answer, ended call and blocked.

Call center claiming to be whatever to get your money

Missed call from them, so checked the feedback on here....now blocked!

Told me they were from Eon Next and my meter had been misread so he needed the details of it. Absolutely no chance!

Tells you they are from a utility company such as Ruby Energy or Pozitive Energy and advise that meter supply number has been mixed up with another customers. They then ask you to confirm the supply number and contract end date. Very harrassing, had about 5 of these calls over 48 hour period. Googled the number they were phoning from and it didnt come up as being linked to any utility supplier.
