Scam warning about callers trying to make people say yes on recorded calls. Best not to engage with unknown numbers.

Had another call today. I no longer answer unknown numbers because of concerns about voice recording scams and spam callers.

Another one of those "can you hear me okay?" automated scam bot calls. A complete waste of time and clearly designed to catch people out.

Caller asked if I could hear them before introducing himself as James and asking about loft insulation at my property. Clearly another insulation scam attempt.

Silent for a moment then connected to somebody discussing insulation upgrades. Blocked after the call because it sounded dodgy.

Had call today,don't answer phone anymore (aware of spammers recording your voice) use ansaphone instead with manufacturers default message. In my experience family & friends will speak or leave a message, spammers dont.

Recorded message claiming to be from the Solar Energy Trust offering free solar quotes. Did not realise it had reached an answering machine and stayed connected without response.

An old "mate"of mine, James, flogging his insulation grants as usual. Had one of his earlier today, on another number, which was blocked like this one. Some scammers never give up!!
