Actually left a recorded message when I didn't answer saying they were a solar energy company and I was eligible for a free quote. More than likely a scam.

Robocall with pre-recorded answers chosen by AI according to your replies, not a real person. That causes a delay, hence the Can You Hear Me question to camouflage it as a bad line. At best dodgy loft insulation companies bypassing TPS regulations, at worst scammers trying to get your bank details or casing the joint to see which properties are worth burgling later.

Claimed to be from Digital Solutions regarding loft insulation work. The call sounded scripted and highly suspicious from the start.
