Called me several times over the past 3 weeks. I’ve answered once and the female made no sense. Number now blocked

Tried to offer me free loft insulation using a name I haven't used in 20 years. Standard call centre call who didn't pressure when I said no.

Call received 10:30 am. I could hear typical Call Centre background noise. I said, "Hello." Male generic northern UK accent def. not Manchester or Liverpool asked if I was Mrs. xxx. I replied "Yes" and asked who was calling. He said he was from Ecoserve and had an offer for me. I replied: "No you don't." and put the phone now. Landline registered with TPS. Now landline is VOIP I don't know if TPS still works. A scammer!
