I'm TPS too but still got called about energy so yes, clearly ignoring the register system. Staff should be traced and arrested for attempted fraud as they can't claim ignorance.

Called my TPS registered line and left no message. When I called back it was a recorded "Energy Department" message. Clearly ignoring do-not-call rules. Blocked immediately.
