The caller claimed to be calling from 3 mobile in order to let me know that my SIM was being discontinued. She asked for my address, which the company should have on their records, in order to send a replacement SIM and other information that did not seem relevant. When queried, the caller appeared unaware of Bishop Auckland which is where the call was shown as coming from. Treat with suspicion.
