There was no voice when I answered and the caller did not respond. It appeared to be a silent scam call rather than a genuine attempt to speak with me.

This scam sounded professional at first. The caller explained that many drivers were supposedly entitled to compensation because of historic car finance agreements and tried to collect personal information before giving any real details. The whole conversation felt scripted and dishonest.
