The caller did not properly identify the company. When I asked who they were, the man said he was calling about an issue I had supposedly reported. I had not reported anything, so the call appeared fraudulent.

The phone rang and there was nobody speaking when I answered. It was a silent call.

Another dead line caller from DULVERTON which is strangely apt. Possibly using a VOIP block starting at 01398 420 09x, added to the spam/junk block
