Claimed to be ‘Alex’ from ‘Home Skycare’ insurance alerting to an expiry on TV cover & need for renewal. I asked him for his details including phone number & he repeatedly refused to give it, told me I was asking a question that ‘made no sense’ & hung up. Call sounded as if from overseas & accent was foreign.

Constantly rings when I answer and say "hello " they hang up and operator says other person has cleared. Started as 1 call a week to 2to 3 calls daily at all hours of the day/night now latest call recorded was 20.58pm

Tried to get me to say "yes" - well known scam to record your voice to use in other frauds

They left a short voice message which was very foreign sounding and obviously from a call centre. Blocked it.

Constant calls, when answered it says goodbye and ends the call

Obviously a call centre, they rang off when I wouldn't confirm a name.

An actual person (called Harry/Hari - sounded Indian) who wanted to confirm that he was speaking to 'Mrs ... ' which I refused to do until he told me where he was calling from and why he was calling. He then hung up on me! Don't let them hear you saying "yes" as they use it for nefarious means!
