Didn't recognise the number, so didn't answer it. When I checked the comments from other recipients, and checked my records of previous calls, I saw that it was similar to one I received some time ago, so the caller was probably 'doing the rounds' again'

Persistent and sometimes twice a day. Has a recorded phone conversation which then cuts out. Very odd indeed. A great nuisance. It appears after my answer phone has been played.

"Sky assured" TV equipment insurance SCAM.

Same Group call from various locations. Often 0203 numbers as well. My Call Blocker has stopped them for the last two months but they keep trying - obvious autodialer in use. I'm registered at TPS and shouldn't be called anyway
