Caller claimed issues with loft insulation and standards, which is a common tactic used in scam or nuisance calls.

Announces on call as windows and door insulations company, states their name is David and then rambles on incoherently about nonsense and doesn't allow you to get a word in that resembles any normal conversation, so deduce it's a pre-recorded message on a dialler randomly targeting peoples numbers including mine as ex-directory fixed line. Cold calling should be made an offence if the company were regulated of course and could be traced, only then they might be punished!

Recognised voice claiming to be a local energy adviser asking if they could be heard. Persistent cold caller.

It's an AI voice called David. Ask you to spell your surname ... because they don't know what it is! Then says somone (presumably a human) will call back within 30 mins. Blocked!

Said he was 'your local energy advisor' talking about insulation and possible condensation. When I asked he said he was in south west London - so not local to me. Told him I knew about this insulation installation actually causing problems and put the phone down
