This has to an AI generated voice using a script. If you say anything outside of expected script, it hangs up. I gave my post code as SW1A and my name is Starmer. The AI machine isn't smart enough to recognise this.

cold call about loft insulation pretending to have my details from central government database, didnt greet me by name!posh voice good english very believable.
