Third call about 'energy saving'. They all begin with asking if you're the home owner. They go on ask questions about loft insulation and read from a script and are unable to react to queries about who they work for. On the first occasion I put the phone down after getting cross. Now, when I tell them they've phoned many times before, they put the phone down.
