Tried to tell me that the warranty on my washing machine had expired and wanted to sell me a new one. Strangely, I’ve never possessed a warranty!

Received several calls over several days on my mobile phone. Some had a lot of background noise and it just cut off when I didn't speak, and twice an apparently human voice (hard to tell these days with the technology) started telling me I was due money from a claim. I hung up before it got any further but it sounded like it was about car finance claims.
