I've put harassing as not another option. It just came up as spam caller so didn't answer, no message left so blocked

Male Indian accent, said his name was Steven and he was calling from Sky. He asked me to verify my last sky bill details. I asked him why I should do that, he said it was because he could offer me a discount, then proceeded to ask me if I had a Sky account. I told him I wasn't going to verify anything with a stranger, so he hung up
