Kept ringing, noisy background and foreign accent.

Constantly ringing my number and my number and then hanging up can tell when someday is in the background and they haven’t actually hung up quick enough that they’re ringing from a call Centre sounds very foreign in the background

Said they were from the FCA calling about reclaiming car finance. Noisy line, strong accent - possible international call centre. Said they were calling from London and became harassing when legitimacy was questioned.
