Caller introduced themselves as the energy representative for my area but hung up when asked for details about which area they meant.

Unsolicited call from a Liverpool style number that appeared with an international prefix. This suggests number spoofing. No clear reason for the call and it strongly looks like a scam attempt.

This number was registered on my TPS land line telephone. As my telephone has a User ID and its own security built in it, it detected this number and did not allow it to get through. Just alerts you by saying "1 new call" and you press the call button and it lists the number that called. My telephone is an inexpensive BT caller ID phone and it is like having a security guard living with you. It has vastly reduced scam calls getting through.

The usual scam attempt judging by the reports for this number. Phone rang but we didn't answer as we didn't recognise the number. Check on here to find numerous reports which appear to be the usual 'energy advisor' spiel! Now blocked. Totally fed up with this sort of amoeba life. Why dont they do an honest proper days work?

Caller with an overseas accent said she was a local energy adviser and asked if I was the homeowner. When I declined to confirm, she ended the call. Very suspicious.

I answered but stayed silent because of concerns about voice cloning scams. After a pause, the caller disconnected. Cannot trust these calls anymore.

A lady by the name of Jo said she was an. energy advisor in my area, I told her that I aware this a scam and put the phone down. There has been several different so called 'energy advisors' both make and female calling my number over several months. I wouldn't ever answer any of their questions. One older lady said I had been contacted because I had the wrong type of loft insulation. Ridiculous.

An Australian sounding female saying she was from the local energy provider. Unfortunately the scam involved using my local dialling code otherwise I wouldn’t have answered. Wanted to know if I was the home owner and hung up when I said I was on a fixed rate. Blocked.

Phoned saying something about home energy. When I said, this is BP UK she hung up without another word.

Annoyingly persistent about loft insulation. Cross with myself about answering yes and no a couple of times. I suspected her to be Ai. Told her more than once that I didn't want any and I hung up. I will block the number if I remember how!

Said her name was Jo and she represented the energy sector. Went silent when I asked her how she had obtained a T.P.S. protected phone number then hung up. Must be a scam.
