The caller was very aggressive when I wouldn't give my name and asked there's. Got very defensive and said why should I give you my name. I replied because you rang my phone! He just kept repeating am i speaking to ..... would not identify themselves i hung up and blocked the number. I've gad several of these a day recently all either claiming to be miss sold car finance or PPI . I know its a scam I've never had either . I've repeatedly asked for my number to be removed . Its become so frequent now im beginning to recognise some of the callers voices!

Ben was calling as it had been a while since our loft insulation had been assessed and they were offering a free energy assessment. There may be grants available. I asked who he was calling from - he gave me a name similar to the energy savings trust. I asked him to remind me the date of my last loft insulation fitting. He didn't appear to know this. He re-started his script "I'm calling from ...". I asked again for further information, which was not supplied, and then told him I didn't need his services.
