I actually answered. It was silent at first. Upon asking how I was, And my response being "well erm not .. Nevermind, I'm fine" How are you"? This guy responded with, " Hot, very hot. And a brief conversation. With me saying we don't know with this weather, it could snow tomorrow".. He replied. Yes, I would be out making snow angels".. So. I say harassing. As I was told they were doing energy testing in the area Went on to ask if I was still the homeowner of When replying not home owner I was wished a good day. So I can't mark this as neutral. Obviously. So nothing personal. Just my opinion that I believe will help others further
