PROBABLY DODGY, SOUNDED LIKE AN INDIAN WOMAN, BUT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD SHE SPOKE. I GOT HER TO REPEAT IT 3 TIMES, BUT THEN TOLD HER, I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HER, SHE SAID OK AND HUNG UP. I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT SORT OF SCAN OR NUISANCE IT IS, THAT USES PEOPLE WITH VERY POOR ENGLISH.
