Several calls recently from similar numbers, someone called James (local energy advisor) each time. The most recent one this morning (02/02/2026) On each occasion he has called both myself and my husband have asked him not to all again but no notice is taken. Despite subscribing to TPS he still calls. On a previous call I asked him where he got our number from (which is also ex-directory, if that still exists) he said that they get sold a list of numbers, not sure where from. We are fed up with this and something should be done about this 'company'

Multiple calls over weeks. Caller named James said my house shown on some IMG thing needing loft insulation survey. Blocked after that.
