This was clearly an A.I. generated voice used to mask the caller's identity. They claimed to be, "David, calling from Windows and Doors Ltd." They are most likely the usual suspect scam callers from India. Do not answer and block the number.

When someone actually speaks on this line its clearly an artificial voice trying to trick people dont fall for it.

Someone called from this number claiming to be my local energy advisor. Total rubbish as the number has a different area code to mine, when I said that they were not my local energy advisor they rang off. This is a scam run by some firm offering loft insulation at ridiculous prices. Do not trust anything they say.
