A scam phone call about insulation. The man ignored me when I said I was on the telephone preference list and that I wasn't interested. He just kept on talking about my insulation and said they had some government offers... A woman then also came on the line, she was possibly training him to ignore what teh target was saying and to continue with their misleading hard sell.
