Caller pretended to be from EDF but appeared to be operating from a scam call centre.

Caller stated he was from British Gas and they had a problem with getting readings from smart meter. They requested our meter number which I refused to give him.

CALLER WAS AGGRESSIVE AND DEMANDED BRITISH GAS METER READING DETAILS. THEY CLAIMED MONEY WAS OWED AND THREATENED DISCONNECTION. THE CALL APPEARED FRAUDULENT.
