Ridiculous, will never join Vodafone again. They constantly harass you to stay and won’t take no for an answer. Ring me everyday offering me deals when I’ve already told them I’m joining a different network because of how bad their signal is and I refuse to pay £92 a month for utter cr*p.

Vodafone Team. I cancelled my one number plan but still have a contract with them, was told it flags on their system, also asked why can't they leave a voicemail and was told they're not allowed to.

Called after requesting PAC code from Vodafone. Legit call just asking why you’re leaving and if they can offer any better deals to make you stay.

This is legit Vodafone number. This is their retention team, asking why you want to leave them. If you go to https://www.vodafone.co.uk/help-and-information/is-vodafone-calling and enter 01709470532 in the search box it will say: "This is a Vodafone number. We called you about leaving Vodafone".

Calls virtually every day - there should be a law against this. Even though blocked it still lists on my phone. A pain.

Genuine surveyors call. I received the call shortly after requesting PAC number from Vodafone. They were only ringing to know the reason why I was changing providers. They knew the name of the Vodafone account holder so seemed genuine to me. I explained I have found a cheaper provider and then they didn’t have any other question. Only called me that one time. The reason people are receiving this call several times is only because they are not answering it.
