Saying they were from O2 and could give me 20-30%discount.They got the metal bowl and wooden spoon treatment

Indian voice, male, said he was just doing a consumer survey -asked if I wanted to partake in a prize draw (I said no) asked me my age range, asked me if I was a home owner, as soon as I said yes he hung up.I think he was just phishing for home owners so they can call back later with a scam of some sort.
