Lady from off shore call centre calling about cover on my kitchen appliances. If I ever I have a problem an engineer will turn up on my doorstep. Asked how he would know where to go as I have not contact details for them so asked for their number to call. She said all would be explained in their information pack, so asked how she knew where to send this? A male then took over the call. I asked if their service was free, he told me nothing was free (some honesty at last) so asked how I was paying and how much. £300 pa by direct debit apparently, which he kindly reduced to £220. When I said I wasn't paying anything he told me to check my records. Fed up by now so told him where to go and hung up.
