Supposedly Alex from the Heat Loss Team. Very British sounding accent to reassure victim (me) and immediately asked if I was the home owner. When I challenged him on the telephone code 01865 he announced that was all from him and hung up. Definitely a SPAM call and quite possibly a scam call.
