Indian guy trying to tell me that he was our Eon supplier. When I asked what my password was he made something up saying I had changed it when I last renewed, which of course I hadnt. When is this going to stop? When are they going to get proper respectable jobs? What do they actually gain from it?????

Similar to several of the above. Claims to be from Eon-next about renewal and wants to go through terms and conditions. I say I don't do renewals over the phone, send me a letter. Hung up. So far he's rung about four times.

Phoned to say he was with Eon i told him i dont deal with it and everyone else was busy and that we have a third party that deals with that stuff and he said ' i dont care about that i just need to speak to manager or owner' he was very rude

Guy with accent rang for the boss. Said hes out. Wanted word on return. Told no clue he quit.

Rings the work phone nonstop claiming from gas firm needs contract refresh. Said we talking to their other rep already. These fakes cycle through excuses to hook renewals that jack up rates or snag payment info leading to drained accounts and months of disputes with real providers.

Calls the office daily claiming to be from Eon and then other days British Gas. We have called him out multiple times but he hangs up and calls back. Sounds like a scam.

Indian call centre saying from eon about my gas and electricity for my business. When I said I have got a business account he was adamant I did. Then said he wasn’t a scam he with British Gas. I said you told me at frost you was calling from eon. His reply that his name 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
