They seem genuine because they know your name, until the ask to send you a pin number that you have to read back to them. As far as I know EE doesn't do that. Could be a scam.

Spoke for 5 mins said I had discounted packages for things like a tablet and other extra facilities. I didn't want any and the caller said she would email me details but hasndone so.
