Just received a call what everyone else is saying is true no clue who they were pushy just hanged up.

Refused to give any details. Apparently I’ve reported ‘Damp or water or roof issues’ but wouldn’t give me any information at all. Seemed very predatory. When I wouldn’t bite he finally went ‘we must have the wrong number’.

Suspected scam. Claiming to be responding to , but not have any data about, complaints, repair requests. VERY DODGY. Even if they are legit, they need to vastly improve the quality of their script!
