Rang once then stopped. Foolishly called back, they started talking nonsense, so I hung up.

Called my phone company about this number. They confirmed it's linked to fraudulent activity and are now checking my account for any issues. Recommend others do the same.

Caller started by saying "How are you". Obviously some sort of scam. I put the phone down.

Someone claiming to be from O2, but I'm not even an O2 customer. Kept him on hold while I informed my family. They eventually hung up. Sick of these calls.

Call said he was from some "Phone Call House?" Sounded dubious, so I asked if he was from BT. He said yes and tried talking about an offer. Asked twice more and he swore in a different language before hanging up.

Call said he was from Phone call house? Though could not be certain it was a genuine call. So I asked are you from British Telecom. He said yeas and tried to talk about an offer. I asked the same question are you from British Telecom and he said sort of. I asked are you from BT or not. He swore in another language and hung up.

Some numpty claiming to be from O2, I am not an O2 customer. Told him to wait a minute and left the fool prattling to himself. My son asked who it was, “some prat trying it on”. I think they hung up after that. Sick of this c**p on a daily basis.

Just rang my phone company about this number and suggest you do the same. My call provider said they can see this number is linked to fraudulent behaviour and are checking my account to ensure no issue with unknown charges will arise from this call. I am on hold at the time of writing whilst the check is happening. Do call your own providers and check your account status has not been compromised they will then block the call number.
