Claimed to be from Vodafone, something about upgrading my sim to 5G, the new sim would be sent 'tomorrow' and 'what was a good time to receive delivery', I hung up at the point they said they wanted to send me a verification code. Very thick Indian accent, lots of umms and errs. If it seems dodgy, it probably is..

They claim to be from Vodafone and that they want to send me a replacement Sim card for 5g, they wanted 40 pounds paid to the delivery person for "security purposes" and that it would be later refunded and when I started asking too many questions, they hung up. It's just some Indian scammers. They didn't even know the type of account that I had and were asking for my email address. Definite scam, don't fall for it
