Said calling ref property issues, would not confirm company name, asked about damp issues and cracks, when asked them to confirm address they could not and hung up, same as previous calls others have had - avoid as a Scam for sure

Silence for ~10 seconds, heard a foreign 'Hello' just as my finger hit the button to hang up.

Clearly a spam caller. The phone rings unexpectedly and when answered there is complete silence.

Caller claimed I had reported problems with my property and started asking about damp and cracks. I ended the conversation as it sounded like a scam.

They said they were calling about a housing report. When I asked them to confirm my address they avoided answering properly, which made the call seem very suspicious.
