Ringing up people for names and address asking saying need to upgrade sim card.

Claimed she was from o2 and needed to upgrade my sim and send new one. I asked why she needed to provide a new sim but she kept pushing the issue of upgrading the network and that my SIM wouldn't work. She then asked for my email so she could send details. I said if she was from o2 she would have my email. This is a very convincing scam and dangerous

Received a call from 020 4531 1570 saying she was from o2 and would need to block my number to upgrade my sim. I asked her to confirm my details and tell me why she needed to provide a new sim but she kept interrupting and saying 'let me finish' then asked for my email so she could send details. I said if she was from o2 she would have my email and left the call.

She said she was o2 . I said who o2 she said YEAH. Aye right I said get lost. I'm absolutely sick of these scammers. Honestly you can't answer your phone anymore with out worrying.
