Claimed to be from EDF and wanting to book an appointment to read the gas meter. Got very aggressive when I pointed out the property does not have gas.

Yet another scam call from an 02046… number. We don’t answer calls from number we don’t know and they hung up when the answerphone kicked in. I’ve reported number via text message to 7726. For those who don’t know if you send a text to 7726 (it’s spells out as “SPAM “ on the phone) with the word “call” followed by the number it’s where you report spam call

Using number 02046191636 Just called, my elderly husband answered and they apparently IMMEDIATELY started spiel about receiving free loft insulation . . .

Didn't get past the "local energy advisor" & "are you the householder" questions. Politely responded "its none of your business whether I am or not and this is an unsolicited call" and hung up.
