Claiming to be from Amazon but didn't even know my name.

I just had the same call - although this time claiming to be from EE, not Three. Hung up on them as soon as they asked for any personal details. Definitely a scam.

On Saturday, 10th May, 2025 I received a call from 020 4625 5335. The caller said he was calling from 3 Mobile and would cut off my phone service within 2 hrs and send me a new SIM card on Monday as I'm using an outdated SIM. I said I'd get the account holder to contact him. I blocked the number. He called back shortly after from 020 4625 5304 to ask why the account holder had not called him. I also blocked that number.
