Very suspicious and dangerous

Today I had a fake call from a non existent organisation called "The Energy Advice Centre". They wish to put foam insulation into the roof between the rafters. As this causes condensation which rots the timber it makes houses not able to get a mortgage. The roof will need to be replaced eventually unless the foam is removed fairly quickly. Every time they ring me they apologise for an administrative error for not checking with the Telephone Preference Service. however Gabby, the caller, did not seem to be aware of the problems with her employer. The supervisor, Christine, was most wary of my questions and put the phone down quickly.
