Phoned once this morning told her I wasn't the homowner, she said sorry, then phoned back 5 mins later. Told her she had already phoned me. She says she was a energy advisor, maybe she is, I dob't know.

They all seem to be linked to the same company promoting loft insulation and claiming to be local energy advisors. Stay safe ✌

Jo called saying she was one of the energy advisors in my area, offering loft insulation advice. Voice sounded artificial and she couldn’t answer basic questions about my property or location. Likely a robocall ignoring the TPS.
