A man just called me and said that I reported a housing issue of crack and mould. When I said “sorry I don’t remember this report” he just repeated about the housing issue again and again. Then I asked my boyfriend to answer him instead of me and clarified that we hadn’t reported anything. That man just replied “sorry, it might because we got the wrong number” and ended the call immediately. Can’t tell whether the voice is AI generated or not. Not very sure about what they wanted from the call…It might be a cold call spam or a fraud. Be careful with this number.

Claimed to be someone from the council calling about leaks, mold, and repair at my property. I asked them to tell me what my name was, or where I was based, etc. - and they could not answer and just kept repeating that they were calling about mold.

Phoned asking for what other users have just reported regarding leaks, mould and housing disrepair. Questioned what the name of the company was/who phoned from my household and they hung up. Rang again and a different operator picked up asking the same questions to me and when I asked the company name, he proceeded to ask me for the housing issues I was dealing with before promptly hanging up.
