Just got a call from these people again. They keep insisting they are from WixTech. Does anyone know how to make them stop?

A foreign-speaking gentleman who identified himself as Steve Walker told me he was calling from WixTech (NOT REALLY!) to help me with my website. We have been getting harassing calls from all different virtual London phone numbers, purporting to be Wixtech when they are not for over a year, and I just don't think there is anything we can do about them... I've tried being nice and asking to be removed from their systems, I've attempted to be nasty, but nothing works...
