Someone saying that I can transfer my tariff to a cheaper one, I hung up because he didn’t do any data protection questions with me, the only info he seemed to have was my number.

Called by a female about my Vodafone account. Suggested she was from Vodafone, I don’t believe her. Sounded very pleasant and professional, felt unsafe.

They presented as 02 provider, saying that my contract is over and it is time to review a tarif. Now I have problems with my phone. Sometimes I receive a message that I had a phone call even I did not hear it. My account has two telephone numbers, even I use only my number, it looks like other number has an access to my information. What could I do to stop it?
