Pretended to be handling a housing claim but could not provide basic details about my address or authority. Clearly fraudulent behaviour.

Claimed to be about housing problems I had supposedly reported. When I asked for details they avoided the question and ended the call. Clearly suspicious behaviour and not trustworthy.

AI caller, possible phishing. Said it was calling regarding house problems (mould, cracks, etc.). I said I don't have any of these issues and the machine said "Uh-huh, okay" and hung up.

rung 3 times in the space of a minute, hung up everytime i answered the call

Answered the call and the caller made an inappropriate and offensive remark. Ended the call straight away as it was clearly not acceptable behaviour.
