What I perceived to be a male Indian accent, didn't identify themselves and then when asked who they are hung up.

Caller did not state who they were originally. On prompting, reported that they were dealing with a housing problem - not something I was expecting. I stated that I thought that they had an incorrect number, and they immediately hung up without explanation, so I assume that they must have a scam.
